About Me – Marzena (Maz) Czarnecka

Hello, my name is Marzena Czarnecka, but everyone calls me Maz.
I’m a self-employed carer with a heart for people – especially those who need patience, understanding and genuine presence.

For over 6 years, I have supported elderly clients in their homes, providing not only physical care, but also emotional connection, dignity and trust. I believe that care should never feel rushed or cold – it should feel human, kind and warm.

I moved to Wales recently after 18 years in Hereford, bringing my experience, intuition and compassion to a new community I now proudly call home.

My clients often say that I bring peace into their lives – because I don’t just perform tasks, I truly care. Whether it’s preparing meals, managing medication, having a quiet conversation or going for a drive – I’m fully present, always.

I also work with young adults with additional needs, offering gentle, empowering support that helps build confidence and independence. Every person I care for is unique – and I treat them with the same care I would want for my own family.

When I’m not working, I love nature, meditation, learning, and surrounding myself with beauty and peace.
